Q. Can you remove the virus in my home?

A. Possibly; we can try to perform malware removal in your home for $89 dollars if the work can be completed within 2 hours. However, comprehensive malware removal is a time consuming processes that usually takes several hours to complete. By bringing the computer to us and allowing us to do the repair in our home, you enable us to do deeper scanning, and work on several computers at the same time. This makes it possible to guarantee our $69 labor price no matter how much time we spend repairing your computer. 

Q. Can you pick up my computer for repair?

A. Yes, for an additional $20 we would be happy to pick it up from you, perform the repairs and bring it back to your home in the Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, Wildomar and Menifee areas.

Q. How long will it take to repair?

A. Proper malware removal takes quite a bit of time to do correctly. Since we scan with multiple tools and each tool can take hours to complete we would like to have 2 days to remove malware.  If time is critical, we can perform quick scans that will, in many cases, allow us to remove the virus in 1 day.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. At this time we can only accept checks or cash.  I know this is an inconvenience for some, but we hope the money you save will help offset the inconvenience.

Q. What about a warranty?

A. We warrant our service for 30 days following the date the work was done; however, for repairs involving virus or spyware removal, the warranty is valid only if anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed and updated during the repair or promptly thereafter (i.e., before you connect again to the Internet. If our service work is out of warranty, but you feel something has gone wrong with the service we performed, please contact us so that we can work out a resolution. As you can see from our testimonial page, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Q. Do you repair Apple computers?

A. Sorry but we cannot do repair work on Apple machines. All of our experience is with Windows based computers.
